Fang Tsen (1968-) is an actress. She graduated from Guoguang College of Performing Arts and Shih Hsin University. She gained wide popularity for her performances in "Our Class" (an anthology series produced by the Broadcasting Development Foundation) and the local drama "Taiwan Tornado". Her works include TV series ("Love Above All" and "The Invaluable Treasure 1949") and movies ("Spring Cactus" and "Mr.eternal jellyfish").
