First episode A car accident causes WANG Chi to suffer from amnesia. However, upon awakening, she still has a vague recollection in her mind of some piano music. This lingering memory is the direct result of a fruitless relation with a pianist named LUI. Yet as soon as she decides to leave home to pursue the mystery of this recollection of music, news comes in that her husband also had an accident. Second episode A-Lian is a very devoted cassette salesman. In doing this job, he meets all kinds of customers, such as Yue-Li, a woman who wears only red underwear. A-Lian\'s brother is a troublemaker. A call from the police reveals to A-Lian that his brother is in trouble yet again. But unfortunately, this call somehow evokes the suspicion of a gangster and who wants to do away with A-Lian. Third episode LEE Ren rips people off posing as a fortune-teller. From time to time, he comes on to his female customers. The amnesia-stricken WANG Chi and the affair victim Yue-Li have turned to him for help. He tells Yue-Li to wear red underwear in order to prevent his husband from having further extramarital affairs. Fourth episode The police discover a badly burned corpse. All the clues indicate that the corpse is either A-Li\'s husband, A-Lian or the husband of Mrs. WU. In order to distinguish the identity of the deceased, the police summons A-Li, A-Lian\'s brother and Mrs. WU to the funeral parlor.
