One thousand years ago, an earthquake broke the seal of the ancient devil in the territory of Eastern China Ocean. The Four Dragon Kings that ruled the ocean world were infected by the ancient devil. Suddenly, the whole ocean creatures became to monsters. At the same time, the god of grace immediately discovered the mutation of the ocean creatures; she gave a baby to a traditional poor fishing family in hope that she would stop this mutation into human world.
