Was Born at a hakka village Kaushion County of Meilong in 1972. Graduated at university of Tong-hai history. Once was appointed the research assistant in Academia Sinica, and participated in the Meilong love-township Council, anthologized the Meilong Chanchi(美濃鎮誌), the director of film16mm "Shihkang Story". Present is engaged in the Hakkas culture work.
