Born in 1962, Angelika Wang is a senior curator, producer and documentary director. Since the 1980s, she had made films with Huang Chuen-ming, Hou Hsiao-hsien, Edward Yang, Sylvia Chang, Wang Shau-di, and Chen Hwai-en. She also engaged in TV commercials, news media, magazines, theaters, music and documentary filming. As the former curator of the International Film Festival of the Taipei Golden Horse Awards, Wang has devoted to film industry for decades. She is familiar with various genres of domestic and foreign films and scripts as well as the film industry. In recent years, she has focused on advocating imagery in education for children and adolescents.
