Yang Li-Yin (1963-) graduated from the Drama Department of National Kuo Kuang Academy of Arts and first gained attention through stage performances at the Lanling Theatre Troupe and actively starred in variety shows, television series and films as she was favored by renowned talent agent Wang Wei-Chung. She has received numerous nominations at major film festivals, having won the Golden Bell Award for Best Leading Actress in a Television Series “Sunshine on Grass Mountain”, the Golden Harvest Award for Best Actress (“Sisters’ Busy Hands”), and a Golden Horse Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress (“Coo-Coo 043”). Her works include television dramas (“Office Girls” and “GG Precinct”) and films (“Dust in the Wind”, “The Sandwich Man”, and “Salli”). |
