Born in 1976, Huang Han-Wei graduated from Department of Radio and Television of National Cheng chi University and London Film School. He is a director of photography and his works include commercials and films. In 1999, He won Green Apple Award of Independent Creation Competition in Taipei Film Awards with “What Is the Truth?”.
