Tsai Yi-Chin is an animator and animation director. She graduated from Department of Radio and Television, National Chengchi University and obtained her master’s degree from Department of Motion Picture of National Taiwan University of Arts. "Where Am I Going” (2018) co-directed by her and Huang Yun-Hsien won awards at Golden Horse Awards, Taipei Film Awards and Taichung International Animation Festival. Her works include "Bart", "The Bread Bear" and "Is This Now the Time I Should Let You Go?”.
