Born in 1996, Tsai Jui-Hsueh graduated from Taipei First Girls High School. In 2017, She participated a Korea talent show, “Idol School”. Subsequently, she returned to Taiwan and started to act. Her works include TV series, Hate the Sin, Love the Sinner, and the film Stay with Me.
