Vincent Fang is a notable lyricist, director and screenwriter in Taiwan. Best known for his outstanding lyric writing skills, Fang has won several Golden Horse Awards for best original song. He is also a long-term partner with Jay Chou and has directed several of Chou's music videos. In 2009, he stepped into the film industry and co-directed the segment "Huashan 24" of the film "L-O-V-E."

In 2013, he directed the first feature "Rhythm of The Rain," a work that visualizes his poetic and distinctive style of writing.
