Born in 1965, Cheng-Fan Lee is a senior music producer and specializes in composing and arranging music. From the 1980s, he created many classic songs and won Best Composition of Golden Melody Awards with Julia Peng's Jiu Meng. In 2017, he produced the movie soundtrack for Te-Sheng Wei's 52 Hz I Love You. In 2018, he made a guest appearance in On Children, a TV series of Public Television Service.
