Ding Ning was born in 1970 and graduated from the National Taiwan Sport University with a degree in dance. She has played in TV dramas, films and theater, and tried different genres. Her outstanding performance in "Flat Type" in 1999 made her a competent actress. In 2003, she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Golden Bell Awards. Later she has played various roles in TV dramas and films. In 2018, she starred in the film "Cities of Last Things" and was highly praised by foreign press for her outstanding performance. She also earned the Golden Horse nomination for best supporting actress for that film. |
