| Biography: |
Born in 1976, Penny Tsai graduated from Fu-Hsin Trade & Arts School Department of Arts and Crafts. In 1996, she stepped into the advertising industry to work as an art designer. She has designed art for over 500 TV commercials. Since 2008, she has been dedicated to doing art design for films, such as "Starry Starry Night," "The Bold, The Corrupt, and the Beautiful" and "Exit." Her design ability has been recognized by earning Golden Horse nomination for best art design. |
