Chin Ting-chang is a senior cinematographer who is also known as "Master Chin." He has more than 25 years of experience since he entered the film industry in 1994. His diverse style can be seen in TV dramas, films and documentaries. He met director Wei Te-sheng while he was shooting "Mahjong" by Edward Yang, and has since begun a long-term partnership with Wei, making "Cape No.7," "Seediq Bale," and "52Hz, I love you" in collaboration later on. Chin's ability in cinematographer has been recognized by earning Golden Bell and Golden Horse nominations for best cinematography. |
