On 21 September, 1999, a devastating earthquake hit Taiwan. Years later, the tremours of pain and loss still reverberate through the lives of the survivors. WU Yii-feng(吳乙峰), a pivotal figure in Taiwan's communal media movement, spent three years tracing their emotional trajectories as they cope with enormous changes like losing homes and loved ones, as well as new beginnings.
