Smart but evil sperm does everything he could try to reach the egg first. But on the way, he is stopped by Buddha who takes his wit out of him. 10 months later, A-kuei is born in the town of Spring Waster.
A-kuei is unwilling to go to school because he has never seen his father. His mom tells him that a red rice cake was his dad. After telling this to his classmates, A-kuei is laughed at in school.
Troubled by lack of intelligence, A-kuei longs to get smarter. One day, he receives a magic hammer which could make anyone smarter by hitting it on the head. Since that day, simple-minded A-kuei has turned into a mischievous brat feared by his neighbors and friends.
At the same time, rumor about a monster roaming the dark forest prevails in the tranquil town adding panic to the residents of Spring Water. Because of his pranks and tricks on the town, A-kuei is now the public enemy. Learning of his recent misconduct, the school principle tells A-kuei that intelligence is only good when used to assist, not to amuse others.
One day, A-kuei gets into a fight trying to rescue a dog from a gang of three. Misunderstood by his mom, A-kuei rushes out of his home only to discover illegal activity is conducted in the dark forest.
When trying to warn the town, A-kuei is chased by a villain. In the critical moment, a mysterious agent comes to his rescue. Knowing danger awaits the Spring Water town, they decide to work together to solve this crime. To their surprise, the power of evil has grown strong. What could they do to save the town?
