Like what happened in most Asia cities while SARS spread out,the fear and suspicion between people spread in a far more fierce way in Taipei.It;s because mask was all they could get to fight against the deadly disease.And a bowl of green bean soup with brown sugar in it,like rumor had it immunity from SARS,was the last thing they would believe.April 30th,2003 people endured endless fear and suspicions finally got someone to blame.Two homeless vagrants who loafed in around affected Wan-Hwa Area were measued with high fever.May 11th,a female also in high fever died.Since then,Taipei government brought up a through measurement to all vagrants and forcefully isolated them in a wasted military area.
