China Shipbuilding Crop in Taiwan was once one the ten state-run industry in 1970s. In 2001,for the name of reformation,Bian government execued a "Regeneration Plan",reduced 2400 staff,and decreased wage fror 35%.Without any consideration for employees,254 people were forced to quit the job. After 6 months of negotiation,62 people got their jobs back.This certainly was a great achievement in Labor history in Taiwan. Close
