A naive, optimistic holing Fishy, his girlfriend is pregnant, intended to get some easy money for them. He took a job from the local mobster to assassinate a legislator. The commission was succeeded but an innocent woman, wife of a policeman, was shot down. The irascible, depraved policeman Doggy was going to divorce his wife before her death. He promised his daughter, who got infantile autism after the incident, to catch the murderer personally. Police regards the local mobster as the murderer and shoot him down during the pursuing action, but Doggy believe the murder is still out there. He investigates privately and finds that the case isin connection with a project of river development. In the meantime, Fishy didn’t get the moneybecause the dead mobster never showed up, he lingers by the river every day hopes someone will answer him. One day Fishy and Doggy encounter each other on the shoal they are besieged by the flood. They don’t know the status of each other, but they know each other from twenty years ago,there was an incident that has changed each other forever. Close
