A graduate from the College of Communication of Fu Jen Catholic University, Lin is a versatile artist whose works encompass text, image, and theater. His mature directing skills and exploration of deep-rooted societal issues make him an audiovisual creator to look forward to.
Director Jing-Jie Lin’s works are both popular and critically acclaimed and recognized for profundity and broadness. In 2022, he launched documentaries based on the wonderful stories of two legendary figures: He’s Still Young on writer Wu Sheng as well as The King of Wuxia Part 1: The Prophet Was Once Here and The King of Wuxia Part 2: The Heartbroken Man on the Horizon on the great filmmaker King Hu.
