Chung-Won Lee,born in Jhongli, Taiwan, had been working in photography since getting out of the military service. After having five-year experience of producing variety shows, news programs and TV series, he set up a studio Fullshot with a bunch of friends in 1988. Ever since, he devoted himself into the production of documentary film from a fancy TV producer. Although it is very difficult to start from scratch, he is in his element.
