Chang-Feng Fu obtained his MFA of Film Production from School of the Art Institute of Chicago and began his filmmaking career in the 1990s. His works include commercials, TV shows, films and documentaries. He was nominated Best Directing for Non-Drama Program me of Golden Bell Awards with Taiwan - A People's History. His directorial features include documentary Starry Sky in The Flame, and films such as The shooting of 319 and Striking Back.
