Born to glove puppet master Huang Chun-hsiung in 1956, Huang Wen-tse is the third generation of the family of glove puppeteers. He founded Pili International Multimedia Co., Ltd. with his brother Chris Huang. Since the 1980s, he has dubbed for productions of Pili Dramas.
His unique and versatile tones enable him to portray multiple roles, such as the most celebrated character Su Huan-jen, and thus he is dubbed the "eight-tones talent." In 2015, he oversaw the production of the film titled "The Arti: The Adventure Begins," in which he also served as the voice over director. Hunag continues to work as a voice actor of characters.
Vincent Huang uses his changeable voice to give soul to many puppets show characters. His incredible dubbing ability has become a famous voice acting predecessor in the puppet theater industry.
In June, 2022, he died of illness at the age of 67, and in July, Outstanding Artistic Contribution of the Taipei Film Awards was given to him for his voice performance in DEMIGOD: The Legend Begins.
