Chien-Wei Huang

Actors/Actress

Born in 1981, Chien-Wei Huang graduated from School of Theatre Arts of Taipei National University of the Arts and majored in performing. His works cover TV series, films and stage plays. In 2001, he made his first feature film, Summer, Dream, and won Best New Talent of the 4th Taipei Film Awards. Later, he participated in many films, such as Do Over and The Rice Bomber, and TV series, such as Innocence and Falling, which both got him nominations of Best Leading Actor in a TV series of Golden Bell Awards. He was nominated for Best Supporting Actor of the 46th Golden Horse Awards with Yang Yang, and in 2018, he was nominated for Best Leading Actor in a TV series and Best Writing for a TV series of the 53rd Golden Bell Awards with Wake Up 2.
