Born in 1965 in Taipei, Pauline Lan began her entertainer career in 1984. She is a singer, actress and host. Her nicknames include Hierarch Lan and Variety Queen.She has won the Best Children's Show Host Award in Golden Bell Awards.

Her representative works include pop songs, such as “Heavy Makeup Rock’n Roll”, “Love at First Sight” and “Love Me Till The End of This Life”, and TV series, such as Golden Darling and Three Brothers Looking for Love. Her TV variety show Queen is well-known by the audience.
