Hung Wei-Ting (1988-) graduated from the Department of Radio and Television at National Chengchi University and obtained an MFA in cinema from San Francisco State University. Her short film, “A Brighter Summer Day for the Lady Avengers”, has received numerous international accolades, including the Special Jury Prize at the San Diego Asian Film Festival, the Experimental Gold Award at the Student Academy Awards, the Golden Fireball Award at the Kaohsiung Film Festival, and recognition at the San Francisco International Film Festival. Other works include “Emilie” and “Möbius”.
