Tsai Yen-Shan graduated from Department of Sociology of National Taiwan University.As a full-time filmmaker, she is a director, producer, planner, cinematographer and editor. She directed the documentary Old Chicks: Bailan and Her Girls which was selected into Women Make Waves Film Festival, Taiwan.
