His directorial works include “Blood Brothers” (the Hong Kong Film Award for Best New Director in 2005), “Revenge: A Love Story” (Best Director in the competition at the Moscow International Film Festival in 2010), "Once Upon A Time In Shanghai", "Pandora's Box", and "The Pig, the Snake, and the Pigeon".
