Producer , Executive Producer
Rachel Chen (1965-) is a producer and an executive producer. She obtained an MA in mass communication from New York University. She was a newspaper journalist for films and serves as the head of Touch of Light Films Ltd. She has produced films such as "Touch of the Light" and "We Are Champions", which were shortlisted for or won awards at the Golden Horse Awards, Taipei Film Awards, etc.
