Chu-Yen Hung is a director and cinematographer and his works include The Local from a Foreign Land, A Perfect Pai (an international medical micro-film produced and broadcast by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), and The Intersection of Two Parallel Line co-produced by Cathay Life and the Education Administration of the Ministry of Education. He also worked on the cinematography of Phil's Journey.
