A graduate of Tainan National University of the Arts, Chiu-Lin Chen is a Taiwanese animation director and illustrator excelling at illustration and animation. She is the head of Miss Charlie studio, and her works include In a Split Second and The Other Side. She has won awards at home and abroad and her works have been selected into Golden Horse Film Festival, Taipei Film Festival and Taichung International Animation Festival.
