Born in Neihu, Taipei, Tank Sung is the co-founder of MeowTalk Music. He started making music when he was in high school. When he was a music engineering major in the Department of Applied Music at Tainan National University of the Arts, he started editing film scores and sounds during his academic years. After finishing university, he continues to engage in editing music.
