Born in 1978, Ken Lin’s stage name is A-Ken. He graduated from Department of Theatre and Film of University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, and followed a one-year program in the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. He became well-known for hosting the talk show, University. In addition to hosting several TV shows, he is also the host of the red carpet live shows for Golden Bell Awards and Golden Horse Awards, and the host of Taipei Film Awards ceremony.In addition, he is also an active actor, and performs in many TV shows and films. In 2020, he released his first feature film, Acting Out of Love, for which he served as the scriptwriter and the director.
