Growing up in Taiwan, Li-Yue Chang is a screenwriter and director. He graduated from Fu-Hsin Trade & Arts School, Department of Commercial Design of Vanung University and The Department of Film & TV Art of The Central Academy of Drama. He worked as an assistance director and executive director of feature films as well as a script doctor.He currently produces comedy films in Taiwan.
