Lu Hsin-Yen graduated from the Department of Motion Picture at National Taiwan University of Arts. His screenplays “The Bloodfolded” and “Undercurrent” were shortlisted for the Excellent Screenplay Awards; the former was also selected for the Golden Horse Film Project Promotion. “The Last DaxeDaxe” directed by him won the First Prize for Long series at the Television Scriptwriting Awards of the Ministry of Culture's Bureau of Audiovisual and Music Industry Development. His other works include “Thanatos”, “FATAL FRAMES: The Roped Children”, and “Hold to Death: Hand in Hand”.
