Costume Designer
Fang Chi-lun is a notable Taiwanese costume designer who has done costumes for numerous celebrities including Gwei Lun-mei, Jolin Tsai, Hebe and Julia Peng. She has also worked with director Niu Chen-zer several times, designing costumes for Niu's films including "Love," "Monga" and "Paradise in Service." She has earned several Golden Horse nominations for best makeup & costume design.
