Hui-Min Liao is a screenwriter and wrote scripts for TV movies such as Lethe and Summer Breeze, and films such as Bad Girls and Because of You. She won the Best Feature Script of The Top Indie Film Awards in Tokyo, Japan with TV Movie Lethe.
