I-Fang Chang earned a master’s degree from Department of Motion Picture of National Taiwan University of Arts and a doctorate degree in finance from National Changhua University of Education. He is the General Manager of Full Shine Digital Cinema and has worked on film subtitling for more than 20 years. He is also a director and co-directed the documentary Goodbye to Traditional Filmmaking with Alice Hsieh, which documents the rise and fall of movies shot on film as well as the advent of the era of digital cinematography. The documentary with great significance regarding the times allows the audience to know the unsung heroes behind the movies shot on film, such as film developers, subtitlers, projectionists, etc., who are gradually forgotten.
