Ching-Chu Hsu graduated from today’s Shih Hsin University and Aoyama Gakuin Women's Junior College, and majored in mass communication. She started to work in film and television industry in 1983, and engaged in diverse fields including commercials, television production, record production, artist agency, film copyright and distribution, etc. In 2015, she served for the first time as the producer of a film,First of May. In 2019, she launched her first directorial feature, When Green Turns to Gold.
