Filipina-Taiwanese filmmaker Rina B. TSOU studied filmmaking at National Taiwan University of Arts. Being of two lands, she applies her multi-cultural sensibilities to issues and colors drawn into her films, such as her short film ARNIE, previously selected at the 2016 Cannes Critic’s Week. Based in Taipei, she is currently working on an omnibus film Ten Years Taiwan, and developing her first feature film project, titled, Raining Roses.
