Chang Ying-Min graduated from the Graduate Institute of Applied Media Arts at Taipei National University of the Arts. His work spans screenplays, children's literature, essays, and novels, for which he earned numerous literary awards. He was shortlisted for the Ministry of Culture's Excellent Screenplay Awards and nominated for the Golden Bell Award for Best Screenplay for a Television Film for “Katang Kids”. “Ant City”, a short film directed by him, won the Taipei Theme Award at the Taipei Film Festival. He wrote the screenplays of films such as “Sen Sen”, “Love after Time”, and “Second Life”.
