Shih-Hui Hsu (1983-) was born in Tainan. After working for film crews, he works as a screenwriter. His stories are characterized by observation of society and feelings of people of middle and low classes. His works include "The Silent Storm" (the first prize of Excellent Screenplay Award), "1989: A Compulsory Course for Young Traitors Returning Home" (shortlisted for the Excellent Screenplay Award), "Can You Hear Me?", and "Let’s Take It! The Producer”.
