Victor Chang graduated from Department of Styling and Cosmetology of Tainan University of Technology, and engages in styling behind the scene. He specializes in making special physical props and special effects makeup.His works cover fashion shows, music videos, commercials, TV programs and films. In recent years, he and Yi-Chun Yang co-founded IF SFX ART MAKER which combines fashion art creation and film and television special effects makeup. The films that he participated in include The Scoundrels, The Tag-Along, Dear Ex and Han Dan.
