Producer

Shu-Ning Kiwi Liao graduated from the Television and Film Department of Savannah College of Arts and Design. She has served as a producer of commercials, documentaries, short films, and movies. In 2016, she and Kun Chang founded Who Says Films Ltd. "Close Your Eyes Before It's Dark" produced by her won the Golden Bell Award for Best Television Series. She also produced TV series ("The Fearless" and "Tears on Fire") and movies ("The Tag-Along: The Devil Fish", "Man in Love", and "Worker The Movie").
