Wu Cheng-Hao graduated from the Department of Motion Picture at the National Taiwan University of Arts and served as the head of the Film and Television Division at the Cultural Affairs Department of New Taipei City Government. During his student years, his film "The Flame of Life" was nominated for the Taipei Film Festival's Golden Lion Taiwan Student Film Competition and the Kaohsiung Film Festival; "Stuffed" was nominated for the Golden Harvest Awards. His project “Close to You” was selected for the Taichung International Animation Film Festival's Proposal Award. He has participated in the production of over two hundred films and government propaganda films. He also achieved a record of 30 million views for a single video. His other works include "Seven Months Boys", "Me and My 8bit”, and "The Weird Mountain”, which was nominated for the South Taiwan Film Festival.
