Chih-Wei Chang is Taiwanese-Korean mixed-race, and wrote and directed the movie, Jang-Gae: The Foreigner. The story describes the problems faced by overseas Chinese without household registration in South Korea. He integrates his own personal experience into the movie, and hopes to arouse social resonance among transnational and multi-cultural.
