Scriptwriter

Huang Chih-Kai (1981-) was one of the first batch of the graduates of the Graduate School of Drama and Theatre at National Taiwan University. He is the founder and artistic director of Story Works and dedicated to developing genre-based drama, exploring social issues through drama with a focus on stage imagery and creativity. In addition to making original works, he also succeeds in adaptations and crossovers. His theatrical works include "As You Like It" and "The Whistleblower." He has published the book for the theatrical version of "The World Between Us." His screenwriting credits include "Bad Boy Symphony" (film) and "Moon Is Always Full” (film). His recent work, "Marching Boys," was selected as the closing film for the 2025 Taipei Film Festival.
