Born in 1985, Starr Chen is a famous Taiwanese music producer, songwriter and rapper. He has worked with Jolin Tsai to produce many songs, such as Hubby, Ugly Beauty and I'm Not Yours. He won Best Music Arrangement of Golden Melody Awards and was nominated Producer of the Year for Single of the same awards for Play sung by Jolin Tsai. In 2016, he released his debut solo album, Welcome to the Next Level, and won Best Album Design of Golden Melody Awards.
