Gaffer

Tsai Wei-Yang obtained a master's degree from the National Taiwan University of Arts and serves as the representative of the Heart Art Film Studio. His works include short films (“Wildflower”, “Sisters' Busy Hands”, “Reclaim My Summer”, and “They Said Fumi Returned to the Village”) and feature films (“A Dance With Rainbows” and “Dead End”).
