Kuan-Chun Chen won New Taipei City Documentary Film Awards with Today, You Are You and participated in the editing of the documentary The Way Home.

Kuan-Chun Chen grew up in an industrial area, leading to his concern about multiethnic issues and passion for Southeast Asian culture. For his interest in storytelling, he worked as a film editor after graduating from university, and is now an independent filmmaker. He hopes to tell stories honestly by making films on his homeland.
